Tahfiz Events Managing Services LLC provides event permit handling (DTCM/DET), e-ticketing, badge printing, large-format printing and related production services within the United Arab Emirates. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the corresponding quote or agreement. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues arising from a third-party authority's (including DTCM/DET) review or processing of permit applications; clients are required to provide accurate and complete information when requesting permit-related services.
To use our website or services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to act on behalf of your company or organization, where applicable. Your use of our website and services must comply with all applicable UAE laws.
Tahfiz Events Managing Services LLC will not provide any services or products to any office of the Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
Prices for permit handling, ticketing, printing, and other event-related services are agreed upon at the time of contracting. All payments must be made in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are due before services are provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for future services. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy and comply with UAE consumer protection laws.
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Cybercrimes Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 2012). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
While Tahfiz Events Managing Services LLC undertakes all engagements with due professional care, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or losses caused by third-party authorities, venues, ticketing errors, cancellations or refunds, force majeure events, technical or website inaccuracies, or information provided late or inaccurately by the client.
Tahfiz Events Managing Services LLC will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, governmental action, or other events considered force majeure under UAE law.
All designs, layouts, and creative materials produced by Tahfiz Events Managing Services LLC for a client engagement remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as agreed in the service contract. Website content, including text, images, and logos, may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the company or other users. Termination does not affect any obligations you owe under these terms, including payment of outstanding fees.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
