Refund Policy

1. Ticket Refunds

Refunds for event tickets purchased through our e-ticketing platform will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the specific event organizer's cancellation policy, which is communicated at the time of ticket purchase.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at checkout, and refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Service Engagement Refunds

For permit, production, and printing service engagements, refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement or quote. Deposits covering third-party permit fees or pre-purchased materials are generally non-refundable once submitted or ordered.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Government permit fees already submitted to DTCM/DET or other authorities.
• Printed materials already produced (badges, banners, signage) at the client's request.
• Tickets marked as non-refundable by the event organizer at the point of sale.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
